Prestige Arbor Care LLC operates FIXFLIP. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to fixfliponline@gmail.com.
What we process
We process the email used at checkout, payment and membership status, project titles, repair conversations, timestamps, and a browser session cookie. Stripe processes payment details; FIXFLIP does not collect your full card number. Netlify hosts the application and stores project records.
AI and personal review
Repair conversation text is sent to OpenAI, directly or through Netlify’s AI Gateway, to generate responses. The app requests that responses not be stored by the OpenAI Responses API; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Your checkout email is not included in AI prompts. Questions marked unresolved, including the conversation and checkout email, are submitted through Netlify Forms and sent to fixfliponline@gmail.com for Rick’s review. Routine resolved conversations are not emailed to that inbox.
Access and retention
A secure browser cookie retains access for up to 30 days. Your original checkout confirmation link can restore it. Keep the link private. Project records and escalations are retained to provide support and manage billing disputes; contact us to request access or deletion. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
Do not submit passwords, card numbers or sensitive documents. No advertising or analytics trackers are included in this version.
